# Terms of Service

## Acceptance of terms

By applying for AI Power and using the Payle platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

## AI Power credit line

AI Power is a credit line provided for the exclusive purpose of purchasing approved AI tools and services. It cannot be used for non-AI purchases. Your AI Power limit is determined at application based on eligibility.

## Repayment terms

Purchases are repaid in 3 equal monthly installments at 0% interest. No fees on the standard plan. Payments are due on the same date each month. Late payments may affect your ability to access additional AI Power.

## AI-only usage

The Payle card and credit line work exclusively with approved AI merchants. Attempted use on non-AI merchants will be declined. This is a feature, not a limitation — it prevents fraud and ensures your credit serves its purpose.

## Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information during application, and complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing significant AI Power. We may decline applications based on our risk assessment.

## Account termination

You may close your account at any time, provided all outstanding balances are settled. We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

## Limitation of liability

Payle is a financial service, not a bank. We facilitate AI tool purchases and financing. We are not liable for the quality, availability, or behavior of third-party AI tools purchased through our platform.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Payle is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where applicable.
