We collect information you provide when you apply for AI Power, including your name, email, and eligibility data. We also collect transaction data from your AI tool purchases and repayment activity.

## How we use your information

We use your information to determine your AI Power eligibility, process transactions, manage repayments, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We never sell your data.

## Data security

All sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use double-entry ledger accounting for all financial movements. Access to personal data is restricted and audited.

## Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable financial regulations. You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal obligations.

## Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@payle.ai. We respond within 30 days.

## Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics or ad pixels are deployed.
