Growth Marketer
Own the waitlist, partnerships and the stories builders care about.
What you'll do
- Own the waitlist funnel and conversion experiments.
- Build the content engine (SEO, guides, comparisons) that compounds.
- Run creator and AI-tool partnerships that bring builders to Payle.
- Track and report on acquisition, activation and referral metrics.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in growth or performance marketing
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Experience with SEO, lifecycle email and landing pages
- Comfort owning experiments end to end
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a dev tool or fintech product
- Hands-on paid acquisition (Meta, Google, X) experience
- A personal brand in the AI/developer space
